We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC seeks a Sovereign Finance Associate (JD classes 2022–2025) to join a premier AM Law 100 firm. This role delivers sophisticated corporate and finance work with meaningful responsibility and close collaboration with senior partners.

You’ll draft, review and negotiate complex documents, coordinate diligence and closings, and advise clients on structure and risk as you build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• Eligibility for admission in the selected jurisdiction.
• Substantive experience relevant to Sovereign Finance.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
• Collaborate across practices and offices on complex, time-sensitive matters.
