Job summary

Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Territory Manager for the Southwest to drive rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks across a multi-state territory. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and demonstrate PTR products on-site to showcase benefits.

You will travel 50% of time, liaise with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate CRM records. A bachelor’s degree in business and strong sales skills are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in territory management with multi-state exposure.
• Ability to convert prospects into closed sales using a strategic approach.
• Strong sales reporting, technical aptitude, and analytic skills.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven and solution-focused.
• Compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards.
• High energy, fast-paced, ethical professional.
• Strong PC skills; quick to adopt new technology.
• Excellent organization, presentation, communication and follow-through.
• 50%+ travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit targets in the territory.
• Acquire new customers, expand existing accounts and build referrals.
• Maintain deep knowledge of PTR’s product lines and options.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Perform on-site product demonstrations at client locations.
• Document activities in Salesforce and generate regular reports.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and sales teams.
• Travel 50% within the territory; attend industry events as needed.
