Job summary

Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Territory Manager for the Southwest region. The role focuses on driving rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks from PTR’s fleet, requiring frequent travel and a strong customer-first approach.

You will develop relationships across industries including construction, oil & gas, and telecom, while meeting agreed sales targets. Based in Arizona, you will travel within the territory, present PTR’s premier vehicles, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in territory/account management or outside sales.
Ability to convert prospects into closed sales via a strategic approach.
Strong sales reporting, analytical, and collaborative skills.
50%+ travel within an assigned multi-state territory.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for the Southwest territory to achieve revenue targets.
Acquire new accounts, expand existing ones, and build a network of referrals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet goals.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and document activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
Provide ongoing client support and advisory services to maximize customer satisfaction.
