Hickman’s Family Farms in Orange County, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Merchandiser/Representative to act as an ambassador for Eggland’s Best. You will service and merchandise in assigned stores, build relationships with store staff, and drive sales in your territory.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and independent, organized work. Requires retail experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with customers

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in grocery/retail industry.
• Experience in Merchandising preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible part time hours.
• Ability and willingness to perform repeated bending and lifting of up to 50 pounds, sometimes in close quarters.
• Ability to engage in conversation and communicate with people at all levels.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude when dealing with customers and co-workers.
• Must have limited use of EXCEL and have access to computer with Excel software to complete weekly mileage report and order point of sale material.
• Must have a cell phone.
• Must be capable of working independently and be very organized.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must have proof of residency.

Crack Open the Possibilities – Part- Time Sales Merchandiser/Representative.

Location Orange County, CA

The Sales Merchandiser position includes being an ambassador of Southwest Specialty Egg focusing on the Eggland’s Best brand, and the liaison to retail stores and its customers. The applicant would be accountable to perform all service, selling, marketing and merchandising activities in their territory.
