Job summary

Dechra seeks an Equine Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across an established territory and expand ties within the equine industry. You will advise veterinarians, clinics, breeders, trainers, and distributors, leveraging consultative sales to expand Dechra's equine portfolio.

Ideal candidates will reside in Orange County or Southern California and travel extensively within the territory, using Salesforce and other tools to track progress and optimize coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful field sales or territory management experience.
• Proven track record of managing full sales cycle and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience building relationships in a field-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through strategic territory planning and execution.
• Develop territory optimization strategies to maximize market coverage and impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with equine veterinarians, clinics, breeders, trainers, distributors, and key influencers.
