Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead cutting-edge construction projects across the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, and water/wastewater facilities. You will oversee multiple complex programs with accountability and drive project success from preconstruction through completion.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 5+ years of experience leading project teams, demonstrating excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of construction PM/GM experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex projects or large construction programs with accountability.
• Communicate and collaborate with VPs of Operations and Field Operations.
• Ensure project team success, safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure PM responsibilities are properly managed and executed.
• Participate in business development, including client relationships, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Establish relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners.
• Negotiate prime contract terms, documents, subcontracts, and PO agreements.
• Ensure timely execution of change orders and contract amendments.
• Review cost models, estimates, and schedules to drive project success.
• Oversee transition from preconstruction to construction.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers for future leadership.
