Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead cutting-edge projects across the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, and water/wastewater facilities. You will oversee multiple complex projects with accountability, aligning teams with Nox Group’s culture and values.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering with 5+ years in PM roles, or substantial equivalent experience. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relative construction experience as a Project Manager, General Superintendent or similar.
• Extensive relative construction experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage several complex projects, simultaneously, or a large construction program with a high degree of effectiveness and accountability.
• Effectively communicates and collaborates with the Vice President(s) of Operations and Vice President(s) of Field Operations.
• Overall responsibility for project team success, including alignment with culture and core values, safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensures all Project Manager responsibilities are properly managed and executed.
• Participates in business development, including client relationships, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintains professional relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners.
• Understands and negotiates prime contract terms, contract documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensures change orders and amendments are executed timely within signatory limits.
• Reviews cost models, cost estimates and construction schedules for project success.
• Champions transition from preconstruction to construction.
• Mentors and develops Project Managers for future leadership.
