Job summary

Nox Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction programs. You will coordinate with the VP of Operations and field leaders to drive project success from preconstruction through completion and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

The role emphasizes mentoring future PMs, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating contracts while aligning with company culture and core values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review cost models, estimates, and construction schedules from preconstruction to closeout.
• Lead smooth transition from preconstruction to construction and mentor PMs.

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage several complex projects, simultaneously, or a large construction program with a high degree of effectiveness and accountability
• Effectively communicates and collaborates with the Vice President(s) of Operations and Vice President(s) of Field Operations
• Has overall responsibility for project team success, including alignment with Corbins culture and Core Values, in addition to project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction and profitability
• Ensures all Project Manager responsibilities are properly managed and executed
• Participates in, or may lead, the business development process, including the establishment and management of client relationships, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners
• Responsible for understanding and negotiating prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, and purchase order agreements
• Ensures change orders and/or contract amendments are executed in a timely manner and within the signatory limits
• Reviews cost models, cost estimates and construction schedules in detail to ensure project success from preconstruction to final completion
• Champions the orderly and timely transition from preconstruction to construction
• Mentors and develops Project Managers for future leadership roles

Qualifications

• Ability to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with others
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Positive and teachable attitude
• Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Experience leading project teams and successfully achieving project goals

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relative construction experience as a Project Manager, General Superintendent or similar
• Extensive relative construction experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
