TYPSA US is seeking Archaeological Excavation Specialists for our Phoenix and Tucson offices. The role involves field excavation, testing, data recovery, and lab support, with travel to projects across central and southern Arizona.

Candidates should be able to relocate or reside in the Phoenix or Tucson areas and work well in a collaborative team. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's in anthropology/archaeology or related field, field school experience, and CRM exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in anthropology/archaeology or equivalent experience.
• Completion of an academic-sponsored field school.
• Minimum 1 year CRM experience.
• 6 months data recovery excavation at prehistoric sites.
• Knowledge of field methods and record-keeping standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct archaeological fieldwork, mainly excavation and data recovery.
• Prepare accurate field forms and maps.
• Participate in artifact processing and data entry.
• Assist with lab work and technical reports.
• Travel as needed, including overnight/out-of-state stays.
