Job summary

Moto Morini USA seeks a South Central Regional Sales Manager for Texas. This full-time remote role requires extensive travel to support dealer development, growth, and brand initiatives across the region.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in OEM motorcycle or powersports outside sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and expanding dealer networks. Strong relationships and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Texas with OEM motorcycle/powersports outside sales experience.
• 3+ years in OEM motorcycle or powersports outside sales.
• Established dealer network and proven territory growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new dealer partnerships and expand existing relationships.
• Achieve wholesale and retail sales objectives in the territory.
• Manage dealer performance, inventory, forecasting and sales planning.
• Collaborate with dealership owners, GMs, and buyers.
• Recruit high-quality dealer prospects and conduct regular visits.
