Job summary

Rollon by Timken in the Southeast US seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive regional sales of high‑performance linear components and to collaborate with Marketing, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, executing annual business plans, and expanding the customer base through new accounts and trade shows, with significant travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Engineering degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of field industrial sales experience in automation or linear motion space.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
• Must be located within 90 minutes of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage customer relationships.
• Create and execute annual business plans.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management and Supply Chain to meet customer needs.
• Develop and solicit business from new accounts.
• Manage HTD partner business and interface with HTD sales process.
• Target key accounts and expand the prospect list.
• Plan daily work schedule to call on accounts.
• Attend Trade Shows.
• Travel up to 50% domestically, including overnights and air travel.
