Job summary

Rollon by Timken is seeking a Southeast US Territory Sales Manager to drive sales in the assigned territory, develop annual business plans, and manage customer relationships. The role collaborates with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to ensure customer needs are met, while expanding business with new accounts and coordinating HTD partner activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of field industrial sales experience in automation or linear motion.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
• Must be located within 90 mins of a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop and execute annual business plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
• Develop and solicit business from new accounts.
• Manage customer projects and HTD partner business.
• Target key accounts and penetrate them.
• Plan daily call schedules for existing and prospective accounts.
• Master product information and application knowledge through training.
• Create tailored sales presentations for each account.
• Maintain CRM records and manage opportunity lists.
• Attend trade shows and travel up to 50% domestically.
