Job summary

Gutterglove is a leading gutter guards manufacturer seeking a Market Development Manager to identify sales opportunities across the southeastern US, including Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. This role involves extensive travel and close collaboration with the Director of Sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales, a proven ability to build relationships with distributors and contractors, and comfort with CRM, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales or large account management experience.
• Experience with manufacturers’ reps or building products preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and Power BI.
• Strong integrity, organizational skills, and collaboration.
• Valid driver’s license and residing in the Greater Jacksonville area.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth plans with channel partners.
• Execute a disciplined sales process with a Challenger mindset.
• Grow wholesale distribution and train partners.
• Drive contractor conversion and loyalty through appropriate channels.
• Use CRM and analytics to forecast and manage pipeline.
• Provide training for partners and internal teammates.
• Travel across the southeastern US to cover key markets.
