Responsibilities

• Run warm, company-generated appointments with homeowners who already called us
• Educate, don't pressure — walk customers through options using a consultative, no-BS sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, property managers, past customers) to keep the pipeline full
• Close deals and hand off clean, accurate job details to the install crew
• Represent the Brothers Gutters name and culture everywhere you go
