Job summary

Loenbro, LLC seeks a Regional Director of Quality to lead quality excellence across multiple states. You will ensure adherence to the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and provide hands-on support to field operations, fabrication, and project teams.

You will collaborate with the VP of Quality, Regional Operations, Safety, and project teams to maintain disciplined execution, comply with customer and regulatory standards, and apply quality processes to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive quality or technical leadership in construction, industrial services, energy, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional quality leadership and field partnerships to ensure high-quality execution.
• Implement and uphold QMS, policies, and discipline-specific standards across regional work.
• Oversee quality documentation, submittals, inspection plans, test packages, turnover packages.
