Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking a Regional Manager - Testing - Commissioning for the Southeast Region. The role requires overseeing technical and administrative supervision of the regional testing and commissioning staff, including engineers and technicians, with travel across the Southeast.

The position reports to the Director of Testing and Commissioning Services and demands extensive experience in high-and extra-high voltage equipment testing, scheduling, and resource management, along with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience in electrical utility equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to review electrical prints, diagrams, schematics and SOWs.
• US citizenship or permanent resident status and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing and commissioning oversight for staff and clients on complex electrical projects.
• Perform billable work within expertise areas for clients.
• Interface with clients, staff, departments, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Mentor and develop staff; assign work and conduct performance reviews.
• Meet profitability, quality, safety and company goals; exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers to schedule work and ensure resource efficiency.
• Assign and manage company-owned and rental test equipment.
