Job summary

Now Exit is seeking a Lead Investment Banker to originate and lead M&A engagements, advising business owners and building a regional team across the Southeast. The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial mindset, strong deal origination, and revenue generation in a high-growth setting.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process from sourcing to closing, contribute to strategy, and mentor a distributed sales and advisory organization.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of investment banking experience.
• Proven ability to originate and close sell-side transactions in the lower middle market.
• Active FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses a plus.
• Strong network with business owners, PE groups, attorneys, and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute M&A transactions; build a regional Southeast team.
• Lead client advisory activities and negotiate transaction terms.
• Mentor remote Market Presidents; establish goals and performance metrics.
