Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of investment banking experience.
• Proven history of originating and closing sell-side transactions.
• Experience with privately held businesses within the lower middle market.
• Comfortable with founder-led businesses generating $10 million to $100 million in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Originating and executing M&A transactions in the Midwest.
• Advising privately held business owners on exit planning and valuation.
• Leading and mentoring a team of remote Market Presidents.
• Developing strategic client relationships with owners, PE groups, attorneys, and wealth advisors.
