Job summary

Now Exit is seeking a Lead Investment Banker to originate and execute M&A engagements across the Southeast, building and leading a regional team of remote Market Presidents. The role emphasizes originating new mandates, advising on complex transactions, and driving revenue growth through a broad network of business owners, PE sponsors, and advisors.

The candidate should have a proven rainmaking track record, be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, and hold FINRA Series 79 and 63

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of investment banking experience
• Experience originating and closing sell-side transactions
• Strong network with founders, PE groups, attorneys and lenders
• Active FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses are required or highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute Southeast M&A transactions from inception to close
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Market Presidents
• Develop strategic client relationships and grow deal flow
• Represent the firm at conferences and networking events
