Job summary

Now Exit is seeking an experienced Lead Investment Banker to originate and execute lower middle market M&A transactions across the Southeast, while building and guiding a regional team of remote Market Presidents. The role requires a proven rainmaker with deep owner-founder networks and a track record of mandate wins and successful deal closures.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of investment banking experience.
• Proven history of originating and closing sell-side transactions.
• Significant experience with privately held lower middle market businesses.
• Experience with founder-led businesses generating $10 million to $100 million in annual revenue.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originates and leads M&A advisory engagements in the Southeast region.
• Leads transactions from sourcing through closing and provides executive negotiation guidance.
• Builds and mentors a distributed team of Market Presidents in the Southeast.
• Develops strategic client relationships and expands the firm’s transaction pipeline.
