Job summary

Samuel Packaging Systems is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our Southeast customer base, including SC, GA, and NC, from the Orlando area. You will drive revenue through new business development, strategic account management, and tailored packaging automation solutions.

The role requires 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or packaging preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
