Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of B2B account management experience at a mastery level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead contact for customer account management in assigned book of business and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Align WM products with customer needs and renew contracts to maximize profits.
• Negotiate contract terms and resolve escalated customer requests with internal teams.
• Develop growth opportunities within territory and mentor junior account staff.
• Generate expanded relationships and revenue through proactive outreach and networking.
