Job summary

WM is seeking an Account Executive III (Outside) to manage an assigned book of business in the Southeast Louisiana area. You will drive retention, grow revenue, and lead in a consultative, contract-focused approach with SMB customers.

As the primary contact for customer accounts, you will align WM offerings with client needs, negotiate renewals, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong relationships and delivering on retention and growth goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of B2B account management experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
