Job summary

Follett is seeking a Group Vice President to develop and implement corporate strategies across multiple regions and stores, driving financial performance, omnichannel sales, and customer service excellence.

The GVP will lead regional managers, coordinate with Home Office departments, manage budgets, and communicate performance and opportunities with campus partners, while upholding standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years managing Regional/District Manager level, multi-unit experience.
• 10+ years of management leading 150+ employees total.
• Strong financial acumen and retail industry experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple regions and sets regional budgets.
• Supervise regional managers: staffing, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Home Office to implement initiatives and standards.
• Visit stores to audit performance and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with campus contacts on contracts and partnerships.
• Manage group budget and analyze financial performance across regions.
• Represent Follett at campus events and stakeholder meetings.
