Job summary

Material Bank, the world’s largest material marketplace for design, is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to lead a portfolio of Brand Partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating platform performance into strategic recommendations and guiding renewals and expansions.

You’ll develop long-term account strategies, run quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver measurable value and growth for Brand Partners across a global, multi-market footprint.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise account management with renewal/expansion accountability.
  • Strong executive presence and communication with senior audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and lasting relationships.
  • Experience managing multi-million enterprise accounts.
  • Fluent with data to identify trends and insights for account success.
  • High judgement, accountability, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings.

Material Bank is seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Manager to lead relationships with a portfolio of our largest Brand Partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for your Brand Partners, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, goals, and priorities and helping them maximize the value and impact of their partnership with Material Bank.

You will develop long term account strategies, lead quarterly business reviews, and translate platform performance and data into meaningful insights and recommendations. You will also guide Brand Partners through renewals and identify opportunities to expand the partnership when they align with their objectives and can deliver additional value.

This is a highly strategic and hands on role for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships while using data, industry knowledge, and business judgment to help Brand Partners succeed. The right candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with senior executives, digging into performance data, navigating complex challenges, and bringing together teams across Material Bank to deliver measurable outcomes for our Brand Partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Partner Success: Take ownership of the overall success of your Brand Partners, developing a deep understanding of their businesses, priorities, and goals and ensuring their partnership with Material Bank continues to deliver meaningful value.
  • Account Strategy: Develop a thoughtful, data informed strategy for each Brand Partner, identifying priorities, opportunities, and actions that can strengthen performance and support their long term objectives.
  • Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to deepen and expand partnerships where Material Bank can provide additional value, connecting recommendations directly to each Brand Partner’s goals and business needs.
  • Renewals & Retention: Lead the renewal process from planning through completion, proactively demonstrating value, addressing concerns, and building alignment around the continued partnership.
  • Executive Relationships: Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across Brand Partner organizations, including senior leadership, creating strong alignment around goals, performance, and opportunities for continued growth.
  • Business Reviews: Lead strategic business reviews with Brand Partner leadership, bringing together performance data, insights, industry context, and recommendations that help inform decisions and identify opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic or enterprise account management within design, building product or related A&D industries, with direct renewal and expansion accountability
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to connect with senior audiences
  • Proven ability to build relationships as a strategic partner ensuring lasting account relationships
  • Experience carrying a multi-million enterprise account level book of business
  • Genuine fluency with data, able to work with data sets to identify trends and opportunities as well as formulate insights helpful to account success
  • High level of judgement when it comes to determining what matters and what doesn't , and standing behind the trade-off
  • Unwavering accountability, adaptability, and drive to deliver results and care for your accounts
  • Travel required with the intention of face-to-face account meetings and professional networking
