Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking a District Sales Manager - Southeast to lead and grow a team of commercial sales professionals across multiple Southeast markets. This hands-on leadership role focuses on recruiting, coaching, pipeline development, and achieving profitable growth.

You will drive revenue growth, establish KPIs, and coordinate with Business Unit leaders to align sales efforts with customer needs and market opportunities. Strong relationship-building and CRM discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and managing sales professionals
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-location teams
• Commercial roofing/construction/building services or related B2B sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales professionals across Southeast markets
• Recruit, onboard and performance-manage team members
• Drive district revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and new business growth
• Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability
• Conduct pipeline reviews, account planning, and field coaching
• Travel throughout the district to support strategic opportunities
• Ensure CRM standards, forecasting, and account-development
• Coach reps to grow high-value, multi-location accounts
• Identify new customers and growth opportunities
• Align sales with customer needs and profitability objectives
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and National Sales on growth initiatives
