Job summary

Hydrobuilder Holdings, a leading provider to the Controlled Environment Agriculture industry, is seeking an Account Executive — Southeast Region. You will own a revenue-driving portfolio across the Southeast, win new accounts, manage ongoing cultivation relationships, and act as the ground-level expert on grow systems and compliance.

Remote work options are available, with Florida-based coverage including Jacksonville, Orlando, or Tampa.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in or selling into commercial cannabis cultivation in the Southeast.
• Proven territory ownership with strong operator relationships.
• Experience building and managing a pipeline with forecast accuracy.
• Ability to travel; Florida-based with multi-state coverage.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Southeast territory end-to-end, managing MSOs and cultivators.
• Visit head growers and directors to assess programs and supply needs.
• Coordinate fulfillment with Jacksonville warehouse and inform inventory planning.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, visits, pipeline stage and next actions.
