Qualifications

• 7+ years of real estate development experience, with affordable housing expertise.
• Proven ability to lead complex developments from site control to completion.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds and layered financing structures.
• Experience working with housing authorities, municipalities and public agencies.
• Proven track record originating opportunities through brokers, partnerships and public-sector networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead developments from pursuit through due diligence, entitlement, financing, construction and stabilization.
• Oversee site selection, feasibility analysis and development strategy.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, attorneys, contractors and partners across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and execute a long-term regional growth strategy across Southeast markets.
