Qualifications

• Meaningful experience within real estate development.
• Multifamily, workforce or affordable housing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of entitlements, permitting, design and construction.
• Comfortable managing development budgets and project schedules.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across the full development lifecycle from acquisition and predevelopment through construction and stabilization.
• Lead zoning, entitlements, permitting and municipal approval processes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and third-party consultants.
• Manage development budgets, schedules and critical project milestones.
• Support due diligence and evaluation of new development opportunities.
• Oversee design development and construction execution.
• Work closely with lenders, equity/capital partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project reporting, consultant costs and development documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting project schedule, budget and execution.
• Support projects through completion, stabilization and transition to operations.

The Role
