Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Senior District Manager to manage the South Texas industrial water treatment business from Houston to Corpus Christi. This leadership role drives revenue growth, retains strategic customers, and aligns technical sales with service teams for optimal performance.

The position focuses on talent development, strategic growth planning, and delivering sustained results across refining, chemical, power, and manufacturing segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of industrial water treatment experience with 5+ years in a commercial leadership role.
• Proven track record managing P&L and driving sales growth.
• Strong network and knowledge of the South Texas industrial market.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the district’s P&L targets for a $25M–$50M portfolio.
• Lead sales and commercial initiatives with large-scale industrial accounts in Gulf Coast.
• Oversee district field operations, technical support, and safety/compliance.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of account managers and technical staff.
