Solenis LLC seeks a Senior District Manager for Industrial Water Treatment covering South Texas from Houston to Corpus Christi. This hybrid role leads revenue growth, manages key accounts in refining, chemical, power, and manufacturing, and guides technical sales and service teams to deliver results.

The position focuses on attracting and developing top talent, executing strategic growth plans, and maintaining high client satisfaction across a broad customer base in the Gulf Coast region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in industrial water treatment with 5+ years in commercial management.
• Strong P&L, pricing, and negotiation experience in South Texas market.

Mansioni

• Own and drive district P&L targets with a 25M–50M portfolio.
• Lead sales and commercial strategy across Gulf Coast clients.
• Oversee district operations, safety, and service quality.
• Develop and mentor Account Managers and Field Service reps.
