Solenis LLC seeks a Sr District Manager to direct our industrial water treatment business from Houston to Corpus Christi. You will drive revenue growth, manage a $25M-$50M portfolio, and lead the technical sales, service teams, and field operations for top-line performance.

This senior role requires 10+ years in water treatment, 5+ years in commercial leadership, and a proven ability to recruit, develop talent, set strategy, and close high-stakes contracts with refinery and manufacturing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in industrial water treatment.
• 5+ years in commercial management leading teams.
• Strong P&L and sales growth experience.
• Regional knowledge of South Texas industrial market.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive P&L targets for a $25M-$50M portfolio.
• Develop annual plans, forecasting and budgets.
• Drive pricing, renewals and market positioning.
• Negotiate major contracts with large accounts.
• Lead and develop Account Managers and field staff.
