Job summary

RWE is seeking a Transmission Manager in Austin, Texas to oversee transmission and interconnection solutions supporting renewable projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, STEM, business/economics, or relevant fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with 5 years specialized in commercial and regulated energy markets.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in transmission planning or utility scale engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of transmission and interconnection projects through the lifecycle.
• Negotiate large generator interconnection agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Assist multiple teams with project development and regulatory processes.
