Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Transmission & Interconnection Manager for the South Region to drive interconnection solutions across MISO, SPP, ERCOT and SERC markets. You will oversee utility-scale interconnections, manage a large project portfolio, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance development milestones.

The role requires at least 8 years in energy markets, with strong regulatory and transmission planning knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, STEM, business/economics, or relevant fields.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial and regulated energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection efforts with ISOs, utilities, and regulators.
• Manage 10 GW+ of interconnection pipelines across multiple regions.
• Forecast project commitments and manage risks to meet COD.
• Negotiate interconnection agreements and coordinate with stakeholders.
