This role focuses on leading ground-up and renovation projects in the South Georgia region, across K-12, municipal, and retail sectors, with a GC that values quality, relationships, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction.
• Collaborate with field teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and site teams.

Qualifications (Profile)

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally with K-12 or municipal work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple moving parts.
