Job description

General contractor with over 30 years operating in the Southeast is looking to reinforce their Project Management team. This is an immediate role for an outstanding people first culture organization. Retail, grocery, gas station experience is the construction focus.

Organization is a medium-sized GC with over 50 employees that heads the retail space in the Southeast. They focus on MOB, retail, big box retail, gas station, and grocery construction projects.

Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all construction activities align with company and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve project challenges.
  • Lead project teams and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
