Job summary

Global Turf Equipment is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager for South Florida, specializing in golf & turf equipment. You’ll build critical connections with superintendents and turf pros, and drive adoption of Husqvarna autonomous mowing technology across the region.

This role is ideal for someone transitioning from golf course operations into sales or a current rep looking to grow with a leading equipment portfolio. A strong industry network is highly valued.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for industry experience and relationships first. Sales experience is secondary.
• Professional background in golf course maintenance, turf management, equipment management, or related equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of golf course operations, maintenance practices, and equipment applications.
• Established relationships within the South Florida golf and turf industry strongly preferred.
• Genuine interest in emerging technologies, particularly autonomous and robotic mowing solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an independent, field-based territory.
• Willingness to learn new products, develop sales skills, and take ownership of territory growth.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with golf course superintendents, directors of agronomy, equipment managers, and other turf industry professionals throughout South Florida.
• Lead the introduction and adoption of Husqvarna autonomous mowing technology, helping customers evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce labor demands, and modernize their maintenance operations.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities across Global Turf Equipment's full portfolio, including Jacobsen, Cushman, Bobcat, Trimax, Redexim, Smithco, and other leading manufacturers.
• Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and on-site evaluations to identify solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop proposals, equipment recommendations, and fleet solutions tailored to individual operations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Work closely with our sales, service, parts, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Global Turf Equipment at industry events, golf outings, trade shows, and customer meetings.
