Orange Barrel Media is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead our South Florida sales team and drive revenue across the region. This hands-on leadership role will set market strategy while coaching four Account Executives and guiding key client meetings.

The ideal candidate has sales-management experience in South Florida media and strong knowledge of advertisers and agencies, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales-management experience within media, specifically in the South Florida market.
• Experience with advertisers and agencies in South Florida.
• Proven ability to develop sellers and drive revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance for the South Florida region, setting strategy to meet budgets.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.
• Build knowledge of the South Florida advertiser and agency landscape.
• Identify high-value prospects and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategy, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Coach Account Executives through the sales process and close opportunities.
• Join client meetings to guide and strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with key agency and brand decision-makers.
• Establish expectations around activity, pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Monitor pipeline and adjust strategy to stay on pace.
