Job summary

Gift of Life Marrow Registry, Inc. is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist for the South Florida region.

This field-based role focuses on expanding Gift of Life's presence through community engagement, partnerships, and donor recruitment across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with colleges, universities, businesses, and community organizations, executing donor recruitment events and inspiring registrations while meeting measurable

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in donor recruitment, community engagement, field marketing, business development, sales, territory management, university engagement, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a donor recruitment strategy for the South Florida territory.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate recruitment opportunities across colleges, universities, businesses, and community groups.
Build and maintain a pipeline of partners, events, and recruitment opportunities.
Proactively conduct outreach to generate new opportunities and secure registrations.
Represent Gift of Life at events, meetings, and conferences throughout the region.
Plan, coordinate, and lead recruitment drives, presentations, and community activations.
Engage prospective donors and communicate Gift of Life's mission effectively.
Track outreach activity, partnerships, recruitment metrics, and event outcomes.
