Job summary

Gift of Life Marrow Registry is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist for Greater Orlando. This field-based role focuses on expanding our presence, building partnerships, and driving donor recruitment across colleges, businesses, and community groups.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in donor recruitment, community engagement, field marketing, territory management, university engagement, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable goals, quotas, recruitment targets, or other performance-based outcomes.
Excellent relationship-building, networking, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive donor recruitment strategy for the Greater Orlando territory.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new recruitment opportunities across colleges, universities, businesses, and community organizations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners, events, and recruitment opportunities.
Proactively conduct outreach through calls, email, in-person meetings, networking, and referrals.
Establish a consistent Gift of Life presence within priority communities.
Represent Gift of Life at community events, conferences, and campus visits.
Plan, coordinate, and lead donor recruitment drives, presentations, and community activations.
Track outreach activity, partnerships, recruitment metrics, and event outcomes.
