McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Quality Systems Manager for our South Bend, IN plant. The QSM will develop and maintain the Quality Management System, lead audits, and manage a direct report delivering quality systems tasks.

The role requires leadership in food safety, GMP, and allergen control, with collaboration across engineering and corporate QA teams to ensure compliance and product quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Programs and related documentation.
• Experience with GFSI standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and data sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum 4 years of quality experience in food manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and auditing of plant quality systems and programs.
• Manage internal, third-party, regulatory, and customer audits; maintain and improve quality systems.
• Coordinate plant-wide quality training and documentation.
• Provide QA leadership in the absence of the Quality Manager.
