Job summary

McCormick & Company seeks a Quality Manager II at the South Bend, IN plant to lead the Quality Control function, ensuring product safety and conformance to regulatory and customer requirements. You will develop and execute a strategic quality plan in collaboration with Plant and Divisional leadership.

You will manage vendor quality programs, investigate customer complaints via root cause analysis, and drive food safety programs including HACCP, GMPs, recall planning, and allergen control across

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Quality/Technical discipline required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of functional/leadership experience in QA/Quality.
• Extensive knowledge of HACCP, Auditing, SSOPs, GMPs, FDA, OSHA, Quality Systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer quality satisfaction by controlling materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Coordinate customer/vendor visits and third-party audits; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead QA team development, supplier and customer collaboration, and compliance activities.
