McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Quality Systems Manager at the Atlanta, GA plant. The QSM will develop and maintain the Quality Management System, lead audits, and manage training across the facility under the Quality Assurance Manager.

The role requires experience with Food Safety Programs, GFSI, and strong communication skills to interact with auditors, suppliers, and customers. Benefits include comprehensive programs and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience with Food Safety Programs and related documentation.
• Experience with GFSI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, maintenance, and auditing of plant Quality systems.
• Lead internal Food Safety Team and maintain Food Safety program.
• Coordinate audits (internal, mock, third party, customer, regulatory, vendor).
• Manage root cause/corrective action for audit findings.
• Lead plant Quality Program training needs and scheduling.
