Job summary

Training Wheels ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home clinical team in Bastrop/Cedar Creek, TX. The role offers a competitive salary and robust benefits, focusing on high-quality client outcomes.

The caseload is capped at 8 clients with 30 billable hours per week, plus dedicated ops support for scheduling, authorizations, and parent communication. You will lead assessments, plan development, supervision, and data-driven programming.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State credentialing for practicing BCBAs if applicable.
• Experience supervising behavior intervention programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Superior relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to guide treatment planning.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure funding-compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in case consultation, staff development and clinical training.

A Caseload Designed for Quality Care

• Maximum caseload of 8 clients
