Training Wheels ABA is growing our In-Home ABA Team! We're looking for compassionate RBTs who want to make a meaningful difference while receiving the support, flexibility, and career growth they deserve.

Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes, implementing plans developed by a BCBA and traveling between client homes across Buda, Kyle, and East Austin. Competitive pay, 30-hour guarantee, and annual bonuses support your growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience providing ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes.

• Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Partner with families and your clinical team.
