Job summary

TRAINING WHEELS ABA LLC in Dripping Springs, TX seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality supervision, developing treatment plans, and guiding RBTs to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting FBAs, data-driven programming, and collaboration with leadership to support growth and professional development. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday with a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Applicable state credentialing for practicing BCBAs.
• Experience supervising behavior intervention programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Superior relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure funding requirements are met.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training.

A Caseload Designed for Quality Care

• Maximum caseload of 8 clients
• 30 billable hours per week
• Dedicated operations support with scheduling, authorizations, and parent communication
• Collaborative case consultation and peer support
• In-clinic and in-home service opportunities
• Stable caseloads supported by active client waitlists
• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule

What You'll Do
