Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company at Snowshoe, West Virginia, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for the seasonal culinary team. You will supervise kitchen staff, help develop menu items, and ensure quality, cost control, and safety standards while supporting a dynamic mountain dining program.

This role offers on-mountain housing, a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perks such as employee ski privileges, 401k eligibility, and staff meals.
