Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team for the season. You will work alongside Chefs and Kitchen Managers to deliver high-quality dining experiences while enjoying on-mountain perks.

The role requires leadership, menu development, and supervision of kitchen staff, with duties spanning food quality, cost control, safety, and guest service. Seasonal employment offers on-mountain housing and resort benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in kitchen supervision and staff development.
• Knowledge of food cost management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Accountable, resilient, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Food hygiene qualification.
