Lead kitchen shifts and work alongside the crew through prep and service.
Keep food quality, consistency, presentation, and ticket execution on track.
Train, coach, and support kitchen staff with clear expectations and helpful feedback.
Help manage food costs, inventory, portioning, and waste.
Support scheduling and labor management based on business needs.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.
Partner with culinary leadership on menu development and execution.
Communicate with the front‑of‑house and management teams to deliver a great guest experience.
At least 5 years of restaurant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong cooking skills and the ability to lead during a busy service.
Experience with food costing, labor management, and scheduling.
Clear communication and the ability to delegate, coach, and hold people accountable.
A team‑first approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
Availability for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
