OTG Management in Houston (IAH) is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead and mentor a dynamic kitchen team, ensure culinary excellence, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced airport setting.
You will partner with chef partners, manage costs, uphold safety standards, and train line cooks while shaping the culinary program across concepts.

You’ll be hands‑on—cooking, leading, training, and mentoring our Line Cooks while helping to shape the vibe of the entire culinary team.
